Rocky Mountain Wranglers

Our Mission Statement

To create, maintain and develop a hockey program that houses the most committed hockey players both on and off the ice. To develop the "total" hockey player. To provide quality coaching and a healthy and positive hockey environment. To maintain a reputation of excellence in the development of hockey players with the total hockey experience in mind.

Our Philosophy/Objective

Keeping in mind the previously stated Mission Statement and overall goals of the Rocky Mountain Wranglers AAA Hockey Club, the program must first and foremost be an educational program for players, parents, and coaching officials. The process of adding, refining and deleting will shape the Wranglers as those involved strive to meet the highest standards and the highest level of play. In doing so we have built a reputation in the game of hockey as educators and counselors.

Our program is practical and effective in meeting the program's philosophy and objectives. We strive to create a competitive environment that pushes athletes to the highest levels, to put a product both on and off the ice that will become the only place a player wants to go and play at. We strive to develop, expose, and advance our players to the next level of hockey. We provide career counseling for players and parents.

The Experience

The Wranglers offer the opportunity to play for a nationally top-ranked program with other dedicated athletes and highly qualified coaches.  We put player development and advancement at the top of our priorities. We offer a practice and game schedule that will allow you, as a player, to continue in your improvement and regularly showcase your abilities for top Junior A and College hockey programs.

The Wranglers Program will participate in the Colorado Amateur Hockey Association Midget Minor AAA league.  We will compete in five of the top AAA Tournaments in North America, including a USHL Showcase and an NAHL Showcase.  Tournaments attended by the Midget Majors last season included: the Hornet's Classic, the Motor City Cup, the King of the Rockies, the USHN Challenge Cup , and the Gold Medal Classic. The Midget Minors attended the Steel City Tournament, the Helena Bighorns Tournament, and the Rocky Mountain Regional Silver Stick.
